DAV Pub. School Dehra came into existence in the year 1985 to cater the needs of children who were living in the area of Dehra Sub-division. That time most of the employees of this area were serving in defence & at times their families were migrated from place to place.

Those who are in the field of education, they have witnessed a drastic change in the present socio – economic field which has left indelible impact on the mind of school going children.
